Dinner seating at 7pm
7 courses with wine pairing (Wines announced soon)
1st Course Snapper & Conch ceviche
Pink snapper, diced conch, mandarin orange, red bell pepper, grape tomatoes, and crispy plantains
2nd Course
watercress salad and belgian endives, goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, calabaza puree, and sherry vinaigrette
3rd course Sopa de Frijoles negros
Classic cuban black bean soup served with crispy rice croquettes
4th Course Foie gras & Jamon
Pineapple Carpaccio, serrano ham, baby frisee, black truffle champagne vinaigrette
5th Course Lobster risotto
Maine Lobster risotto served with pickled celery salad & tobiko
6th Course Costillas Braseadas
Braised boneless short ribs served with parsnip puree & thyme jus.
7th Course Sabayon & Berries
Champagne sabayon served with marinated fresh berries served in a tuile.
We will also be serving Red & White Sangria for 1 hour after dinner while you have the opportunity to mingle with Master Chef Jennifer Behm & Chef Julio Lazzarini.
