Noon Year’s Eve Celebration at the Brandywine Zoo
December 31, 2013 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Join the countdown to noon and celebrate the coming of 2013 with a sparkling cider toast. Program begins at 10:30 a.m. at the gate and then you’ll party with the animals. Pre-registration is recommended. Call for prices and reservations at (302) 571-7747.
Trout Fishing in America counts down to 12…noon!
World Café Live at the Queen has a special celebration for the whole family as longtime Peanut Butter and Jams favorites, Bass player Keith Grimwood and guitarist Ezra Idlet, together, are Trout Fishing in America. They’re having a great party for the last PBJ of 2013 and they want you to join them for the fun!
New Year with 16 Mile Taphouse
Dinner seatings at 5:00 p.m.,7:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m. Spend the evening at the new 16 Mile Taphouse in Newark. Enjoy one of the three dinner seatings with bar specials throughout the evening and a champagne toast at midnight.

The Grand Opera House will be filled with bubbles bouncing, laughter and cheer flowing and the concert will end in time for you to continue with your own festivities. Champagne reception in the baby grand lobby from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., show at 7:30pm. Maestro David Amado leads an evening of music and song inspired by the legendary waltzes and timeless music of old Vienna. Party favors and champagne at intermission for all guests. New Year’s Eve with the David Bromberg Quintet
Doors open at 8:30 p.m.; Show begins at 10:00 p.m. Celebrate at the World Café Live at the Queen with live entertainment, a full service bar and delicious food. Reservations are highly recommended.
New Years Eve Extravaganza at Bowlerama
Bowlerama is hosting 2 events this New Years Eve starting with a Kids Family Fun Party that will be FUN + SAFE for the WHOLE family from 5-8pm.
