2017 Celebrity Chefs’ Brunch

Join Meals on Wheels for the 20th Annual Celebrity Chefs’ Brunch with celebrity host Anne Burrell of the Food Network.

Guest will indulge in exquisite tastings prepared by 25 world-renowned chefs as well as brunch cocktails, live entertainment provided by Mélomanie and more.

With her trademark spiky blond hair and pumped-up personality, Anne Burrell has been sharing her passion for food and cooking with America and isn’t slowing down. Not only has Anne worked at some of the top restaurants in New York and studied the culinary traditions of Italy, she is the host of Food Network’s Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition, where she mentors a team of celebrities who are in serious need of some cooking pointers. The second season premieres on September 14, 2016. In addition, Anne currently hosts Food Network’s hit show, Worst Cooks in America. The eighth season premiered on Food Network in January 2016. Burrell has battled alongside Mario Batali as his sous chef on Iron Chef America and is a New York Times best-selling author with her cookbook “Cook Like a Rock Star.” Her second cookbook, “Own Your Kitchen: Recipes to Inspire & Empower” was released in October 2013. In October 2016, Anne will be opening her first owned and operated restaurant, Phil & Anne’s Good Time Lounge, in Brooklyn, New York.

Entertainment will be provided by Melomanie. Known throughout the Mid-Atlantic for their musical “provocative pairings,” Mélomanie performs music from the Baroque and new music from today for flute, violin, viola da gamba, cello and harpsichord. The ensemble presents two concert series — at The Delaware Contemporary in Wilmington and at CAMP Rehoboth in Rehoboth Beach. Mélomanie was named Best of Delaware by Delaware Today in 2015.
