21st Annual Middletown Olde-Tyme Peach Festival

Entertainment is scheduled throughout the day around town. There are activities for children, a local artist exhibit, historical exhibits, a peach pie contest, crafts, music, food, games, and of course – Peaches! The Peach Festival is a rain-or-shine event! Delaware Burger Battle
August 23, 2014
Once again, the state’s best burgermeisters will gather from all corners of Delaware to square off, buns vs. buns, in the Burger Battle Arena at Twin Lakes Brewery in Greenville, Delaware. Restaurants will offer samples of their best burgers; a panel of expert judges will select the Critic’s Choice Winner, and guests will vote on the People’s Choice Winner. Brandywine Festival of the Arts

The Brandywine Festival of the Arts is an annual arts festival in Wilmington, Delaware. Featuring hundreds of juried artists exhibiting one-of-a-kind art, the festival is a Delaware tradition spanning over half a century. Now regionally popular and nationally recognized, the Brandywine Festival of the Arts boasts participants from across the United States and perennially ranks in the top 100 shows in the country. Hagley Car Show

Browse through more than 500 antique and restored cars that date from the early 1900s-1980s. The show features vehicle parades, motoring music, video and go-kart racing, and a festival food court.
