It’s Crunch Time

Foodies of all cultures, classes and ages unite!  A few of Delaware’s most anticipated and attendend events, The 10th Annual Evening with the Master’s and The 15th Annual Celebrity Chefs Brunch, are happening this weekend.   Over 30 World Renowned Chefs are bringing the flavor from Honolulu… Boston…Virgin Islands… UK with some local thrown into the mix.

These parties for your palate benefit Meals on Wheels of Delaware.  Meals On Wheels Delaware is a nonprofit organization working with five meal-providing agencies and thousands of volunteers from corporations, civic, religious and community groups. Together, the program provides and delivers meals everyday to almost 4,000 homebound seniors. In fact, last year nearly 600,000 meals were delivered throughout the state. Meals On Wheels Delaware joins the partnership by providing additional financial and volunteer resources to agency providers to ensure that seniors throughout Delaware are given the support they need. Meals On Wheels Delaware provides more than a meal…it also provides the gift of health, independence and companionship to homebound seniors in Delawarepeople annually.  Can you believe all these meals are served by volunteers?

10th Annual Evening With The Masters

The 10th Annual Evening with the Masters is in a new location this year!  The event is from 6:30-10pm at the Doubletree Downtowns Wilmington.  Tickets are still available @ $75 and the $125.00 VIP tickets are SOLD OUT (to include the Cellar Masters’ Wine Auction).

The 15th Annual Celebrity Chefs Brunch

A culinary and wine extravaganza featuring a stunning array of masterpieces prepared by approximately thirty renowned chefs from around the world complemented by fine wines and spirits. Plus, a Silent Auction of fabulous trips, wine, luxury items and quality kitchen culinary equipment and accoutrements.

Meals From The Masters Celebrity Chefs’ Brunch is held at Bank of America 1100 N. King Street, Wilmington, Delaware. The light-filled atrium and adjoining rooms showcase over 30 chefs, wine and spirit stations as well as a Silent Auction for the delight of about 1,200 guests.
