Frawley Adding Brand New Seats For 2016 Season

Frawley Stadium is getting a facelift. The long-time home of the Blue Rocks will have all of its seats replaced in a construction project that will be finished in March 2016. Once work is completed, the biggest difference will be the removal of all aluminum benches. Now every fan who enters the 24-year-old ballpark will get their own seat. More »

Jamie Quirk Named Blue Rocks’ New Manager

The Kansas City Royals have announced that Jamie Quirk, who played in 18 Major League seasons for the Royals, Brewers, Cardinals, White Sox, Indians, Yankees, Orioles and Athletics, will manage the Wilmington Blue Rocks during the 2016 season. Quirk replaces 2015 skipper Brian Buchanan and is the 14th manager in franchise history. More »
