7th Annual Wings & Wheels Fall Festival
October 4

Coast Day 2014
October 5
This year’s Coast Day theme, “Weather and Climate: On Our Radar,” sheds light on the environmental and human forces that play a role in extreme weather events and the world’s changing climate. Visitors will have an opportunity to explore how coastal communities and ocean ecosystems are being impacted. Also, we will learn how scientists and planners are looking to the future.

Apple-Scrapple Festival
October 10-11
Festival festivities begin at 4:00 pm on Friday evening with the carnival, food court and street dance. Things start up again on Saturday morning with an “all you can eat” scrapple breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00 am. The rest of the day is filled with carnival rides, kids’ games, scrapple chunkin’, scrapple carving, live entertainment, car show, tractor pull, trade show, two craft shows. Not to mention that you will find every and any kind of food that you can imagine. Menu includes, but is not limited to, apple fritters, scrapple sandwiches, oyster sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, barbecue beef sandwiches, ice cream and much more. The Festival is handicapped accessible.

Delaware Wine and Beer Festival
October 11
“Drink Local, Eat Local, Buy Local” is the perfect theme for the fifth annual event that blends Delaware’s finest wineries, breweries and distilleries into one great event. In fact, it’s the only festival in Delaware that offers all its vintners, brewers and distillers at one event. A number of select local eateries will be preparing Delaware delacasies such as seafood, barbecue and even cupcakes made with local wine and beer. So get your taste buds fired up for the Fifth Annual Delaware Wine & Beer Festival, sponsored by Kent County Tourism. The event was named a Top 100 USA Event by the American Bus Association for 2014. Great libations, excellent food, fine live music, things to do and the perfect atmosphere! Be there!

Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival
October 16-19
The 2014 Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival will occur at different venues throughout the area. Celebrating 25 years of smooth jazz! Look for Friday night at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, Saturday afternoon at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, a Jazz Fest Fashion Show and much more!

25th Annual Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddler’s Festival
October 24-26
Wicked, Wild & Wonderful! Head to Rehoboth for the 25th anniversary celebration of the Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddlers’ Festival – October 24-26, 2014! The Festival takes place in Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach with a Costume Parade, Dog Parade, Trick or Treating, Fun and Silly Games & Activities, Live Bandstand Entertainment, Lantern Tours, 5K Race and much more!

Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival
November 5-9
Since its inaugural event in 1998, the award winning Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival has developed into a premiere, Mid-Atlantic cultural event. The five-day Festival showcases many of the best American and international films including features, documentaries, and shorts. The Festival also offers informative seminars, opportunities to converse with celebrity guests, as well as special events.
