The City of Wilmington presents a Black Film Festival from February 26-28 inspired by the African American experience.  The festival offers a menu of engaging programming including short and feature-length films, networking events, panels, workshops and artist talks.  The Wilmington Black Film Festival offers the work of local and national storytellers and filmmakers that entertains, educates, inspires and communicates past and present Black American cultural themes to the greater Wilmington region.
