Delaware’s own, Vice President Joe Biden, presents Letterman’s top ten reasons to vote early.  I bet a few of you waiting in line today are wishing you took part in the early voting.  For me, I love all the excitement at the poll centers.   I’ve been practicing my “soul train” line dance moves for the last 4 years, so when I walk down the sidewalk lined with representives from the republican and democratic parties I can give them a little “woot woot”.  I figure they can use a little relief and for me it takes a little of that pressure off.

At this point I think everyone can appreciate a little humor and can look forward to the end of this campaign trail!
