Straight from a French Quarter Bartender hushhhhh~its a secret!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Absolut Citron
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • ¼ oz agave nectar
  • ½ oz Chambord
  • Green confectionery sprinkles

The Baby In the King CakeBonus*** If you really want to be authentic then drop a little plastic or porcelain baby in the bottom of the glass it’s the secret ingredient in every King Cake.  The person who discovers it in his or her slice is branded as the purchaser of
the next cake, and so it goes at offices, schools, and parties from Twelfth
Night (12 days after Christmas) until the aptly named Fat Tuesday.

Instructions:

Combine Absolut Citron, pineapple juice and agave nectar in an ice-filled mixing glass. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with green sprinkles. Take a bar spoon and drizzle ½ oz Chambord so that it settles at the bottom of the cocktail glass. Serve with a beaded necklace and a smile!
