42nd Annual Wilmington St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Hooley

The 42nd Annual Wilmington St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Post-Parade Hooley will be held on Sat. March 11th, 2017. The Parade starts at 12 Noon, at 4th & King St. It will proceed up King St. The Grandstand will be located at Rodney Sq. The Parade will continue on King St. and will end near 14th St. where with Post-Parade Hooley will be in a parking lot with a large tent. 2017 Annual ICCD St. Patrick’s Day Dinner

2017 Downtown Dover St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival

Saturday, March 18 at 11 AM – 4 PM

Don your green shirts, hats, wigs and more and come on out to the annual Downtown Dover St. Patrick’s Day parade and festival; which will be held on Saturday March 18th 2017. The festival will run from 11am to 4pm in the Loockerman Way Plaza (126 W. Loockerman Street) with food trucks, vendors, face painting, “Pot of Gold” scavenger hunt, kids activities and more! The parade will start at 1pm up at the Outlook at the Duncan Center and run east down Loockerman Street and end at Federal Street. Entertainment by Imagine and the judging stage will be at the corner of Loockerman & Bradford Streets. This area and the area of the Loockerman Way Plaza are the best spots to watch the parade!!! There will be awards presented to parade participants at the judging stand following the end of the parade. Community organizations, bands, floats car clubs and more are encouraged to participate and compete for awards and bragging rights! 10th Annual Milton St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Held in Milton at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 12th following the Lucky Leprechaun 5K, this parade’s proceeds benefit the Milton Fire Department, Casa San Francisco, the Milton Chamber of Commerce and the Gladys Wilkins Seeding the Future Scholarship Fund. It runs from Atlantic Ave., off of Union Street to Milton Elementary School. The after-party at Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant will feature two live Irish bands.

Lucky Leprechaun 5K

Location: Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant, 105 Union Street, Milton, DE.
Entry Fee: $35 pre registration (till March 9th at 3pm) $40 day of event.

Get some exercise before you start downing your green beer. The fourth annual race in Milton will start at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 13, starting and finishing at the Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant. There is a $35 fee for pre-registration, $40 on the day of the event. Refreshments will be available, including beer and Bloody Mary’s.
