Would you like a “Rendezvous With Yesterday”?
The Centenary of the Titanic, the most infamous luxury liner & what was referred to as “The Ship of Dreams”, is this weekend. The anniversary has prompted a slew of events locally. Movie Screenings, Costume Contests, Dinner Parties & even a Steerage Party are planned for the weekend.
After 100 years people still thirst for more information about the “Unsinkable” ship & The 1997 release of “Titanic” renewed that interest. The eclectic passenger list, survivor stories, the mechanics of the ship & what really happened that fateful night are among the many points of interest. No ship in the history of ships has demanded as much interest!
If you’re looking for more information or just an excuse to dress up… we’ve got an event for you.

On the night of April 14, 1912, the HMS Titanic struck an iceberg. 100 years later, Hollywood has helped us imagine how we would have fared that fateful night.
This April, live out your Titanic fantasies — floppy haired artist, doomed debutante, soaking-wet first mate, doll-clinging moppet — and groove to some 2012 House music with DJ Zip at Crimson Moon. www.facebook.com/deejayzip.
