St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at St. Patrick’s Church in Wilmington. The St. Patrick’s Day Society’s main fundraising event is the Annual Sponsors’ Dinner and Communion Breakfast. The St. Patrick’s Center relies on the generosity of individuals and churches, civic, corporate and business groups to survive. Since 1994, this event has raised over $1,000,000, which directly funds almost 30% of the operating budget of the St. Patrick’s Center. The Society hosts over 600 people during the dinner and breakfast in the celebration and fellowship of Irish culture while supporting the mission of the St. Patrick’s Center. Click Here to join.

38th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade | Wilmington
Saturday, March 16th at 12pm
Break out your GREEN and Bring your Irish spirit to the 38th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Downtown Wilmington. A new route and post parade party has been announced for this year’s parade. The parade will begin at 4th and King Street and finish at 15th and King Street. New to the route this year – the parade will turn left on 15th Street to Market Street, past its traditional end spot at the church, and conclude at 14th and Market streets near H. Fletcher Brown Park. Long-time participants the Stapler Club and the Irish Parade Group will be joined by city, county and state dignitaries. Local police and fire departments, as well as local Irish dance schools, leprechauns, clowns and floats will join the line of march! Parade participants also include Delaware Humane Association volunteers, adopters and supporters and the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware. Post-parade party is located at 14th & Market Streets.
