Independence Day Fireworks in Rehoboth Beach
he Rehoboth Beach Main Street (RBMS) 2016 Fireworks spectacular will take place Sunday, July 3, at approximately 9:15 p.m. Everyone is invited to gather downtown on the boardwalk and shoreline to watch the fireworks as they are launched from the beach. Guests will enjoy live entertainment at the Bandstand before and after the show. For easy transportation in and out of the city, the Jolly Trolley and DART buses will be running.

Park at the Greenbank Station and the WWRR train will take you directly into Hockessin for the July 4th Fireworks – it’s a fun, family event at an affordable price. Plus, you won’t have to worry about the parking hassles in Hockessin, as our engineer will do the parking for you!

The fun starts at Hockessin with the annual relay race in the morning. This year will feature the 2nd annual Eating Contest hosted by 2 Fat Guys American Grill at George and Sons Seafood. In the early afternoon, you can attend the Hockessin Independence Day parade.
4th of July Fireworks & Liberty Day Celebration- Newark
The annual event draws approximately 18,000 people while the fireworks are viewed by an estimated 40,000 people in the area.The University’s athletic complex will be filled with great activities and has plenty of space to lay down a blanket and enjoy the sun and then the fireworks. Fine arts and crafts booths are available to browse and games for the kids abound. Live musical entertainment will begin at 6 p.m.

At dusk (around 9:00pm), on the bay-side. Fireworks will be set off from a barge in the bay and will be visible from any bar or restaurant along the bay-side in Dewey.

The City of Lewes continues its long tradition of hosting old-fashioned games for children on Second Street beginning at 9 am. Then the Boat Parade and the Doo-Dah Parade follows. A full day of fun for the whole family.
