Yes, we said CollabaGALA…that’s Collabagala = collaboration + gala!

10 + 1 = FUN!

TEN Delaware charities collaborating for ONE purpose… and a party! So WHAT’s the purpose you ask of staging one fundraiser? To attract more people, and raise more funds, than any one could do alone – FOR DELAWARE. HOW, you ask? Community-minded businesses bear the risk of a venue, food, beverages, and entertainment. Nonprofits share in the net profits from gaming, a silent auction, and raffle sales. WHY, you ask? Raising funds requires more capital and staff time than most nonprofits have. By funding and organizing the event, businesses supporting Collabagala help nonprofits help our LOCAL community. WHO‘s supporting Collabagala? A round of applause for The Riverfront Development Corporation, Sodexo, Light Action Inc., The News Journal, and Strongpoint Marketing who are assuming the risk of staging Collabagala. All proceeds are administered by the Collabagala Charitable Fund, a registered fund of the Delaware Community Foundation. Collabagala partners with the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies. It’s that simple!

Ticket includes open bar and gourmet food for the duration of the event, $25 in casino chips, and 1,000 lucky people will take home a free ticket to the NEW Penn Cinemas Riverfront Theater in Wilmington!
