“Shady”

All Pro Running Back for the Eagles, LeSean “Shady” McCoy,  is heading south Thursday Night, June 28th. He’ll be making an appearance at Moodswings Nightclub and Lounge, in Wilmington, DE.  Shady, a nickname given to him by his mother, on account of his “shady” attitude, will be raffling off autographed items & providing a photo opportunity for a limited number of guests.

Doors Open @ 9pm.  I suggest you get there early if you want that photo opp.   Are you feeling sassy?  If so, they’re having a “sexy sports attire” contest.  The winner gets 2 tickets to the Eagles home opener.

He’s Kind of A Big Deal

LeSean managed to be the league’s 4th leading rusher for 2011, eventhough he sat out the last game.  During the December 18, 2011 game against the New York Jets, McCoy broke the Eagles’ single season touchdown and rushing touchdown records previously set by Steve Van Buren in 1945. McCoy currently holds the records with 17 rushing and 20 total touchdowns. He was also voted into the Pro Bowl for his season’s performance.  McCoy won the Fed Ex Ground Player of the Year Award, and was also voted Associated Press All-Pro First Team running back.

In May the announcement was made that LeSean would be sticking around Philly for the next 5 years.  We may have to change his nickname to the MILLION $ Man.  This boy’s contract is worth 45 million with $20.765 guaranteed.

CHA CHING!
