The Junior League of Wilmington is sponsoring an inspirational showhouse in Centreville that will feature the creativity and talents of nearly 20 local interior designers and landscapers, with proceeds benefiting the Junior League, Delaware Nature Society, The Delaware Contemporary, Delaware Fund for Women, and the Oxford Arts Alliance.

Art on the Green will be held in Battery Park on the scenic Delaware River. Over 200 artists and crafters will be on hand to display and sell their wares.

The fair begins with a parade from the Townsend Fire Station on Main Street to the Municipal Park where the fair will be held  with bounce houses, carnival games, contests, face painting, lots of good food and about 100 vendors set up in the park.

IN THE LIGHT returns with a showcase of one of America’s most original and popular bands, The Eagles. The show will contain some of the biggest hit songs of the 1970’s including a performance of their 1976 album HOTEL CALIFORNIA in its entirety.

This is the tenth annual Wine & Dinosaurs, a beer, wine, and food festival including a fabulous silent auction and spectacular live music. With the goal of continually enriching the lives of our 65,000 yearly visitors, all proceeds raised from this event go directly to our exhibits, special events, and educational programs to benefit the community.

The Runway event is a fun-filled fashion show with our heroes, the pediatric cancer survivors, modeling clothing donated from local boutiques. There will be food from over a dozen local restaurants, entertainment, a gift card garden, and a silent and Chinese auction. There will also be a kid’s corner with fun activities and games. Something fun for the entire family.
