This is the MOST happening post we write each year! And it’s the time when our in-boxes are imploding, the smart phones have gone silently dumb and the ipads are requesting a help app and good ol’ fashion pen and paper. Without a doubt, it’s all worth it. We couldn’t be more excited to share some of the most happening events ahead for those of you venturing out to celebrate this grandiose BLUE evening with us at The 3rd Annual North Delaware Happening List Blue Carpet Bash on Thursday, June 23rd at the Waterfall. We are in awe of YOU! Are YOU ready for this? Upon Arrival

Guest Check In

As you parade inside, you’ll greet our MOST Happening BLUE Team at guest check in. There, you’ll dot your “i’s” and cross your “t’s”.  Then head to mix & mingle for a bit, grab one of our signature cocktails, the infamous “BLUE Carpetini”  to quickly quench your thirst and get ready for the BIG time.

Dress Code: Blue

P.A.U.S.E.  H.E.R.E. >> If you haven’t heard, we hit it ELECTRIC BLUE! Yes, we know you might not have a spec of blue, so be custom creative for fleek sakes! Think outside the box. Accessorize as you wish – even blue hair is acceptable here.  Hey Ladies- Morgan’s of Delaware in Wilmington will offer some mini wardrobe overs on site ~ whether you want to accessorize or redress, they may just have the pop of blue you need, ready and waiting for you. BLUE ALERT!! This year we will have 3 fabulous awards for all those fashionistas who like to make a statement – One award each for the male and female adorning The Most Happening BLUE whatever and One award for the Most Happening BLUE Entourage (blue group). Let’s see what you’ve got. Voting will occur some time Thursday evening by our NDH mystery judging panel. Let’s Make BLUE happen.

The Most Happening Awards

Do we have awards? H*ll yes! You earned it, right? We will have custom awards the night of the event for Winners in attendance who have pre-registered. You can pick them up at the Awards table when you arrive. Then pose for a photo with your award on the Blue Carpet and pass ’em back to our NDH team to hold for you while you mix and mingle. Please don’t forget to pick them up again at the end of the evening. Hey FANS, we’ll even have a special award for you amongst the photo booth fan club on the Blue Carpet presented by ICON DJs! Yep, we’ve got y’all covered.

Mixing it UP!

AMAZing, Voted the People’s Choice Entertainer of the YEAR! Delivering The Most Happening party mix with a spectacular light show to glam up the dance floor for the 3rd year in a row, DJ Amaze  The MOST HAPPENING DJ around – ICON DJs, will be spinning the tunes, lighting us up BLUE.

Amaze is DJ/Artist & Host and voted The Happening List Entertainer of the Year! His events are as diverse as his playlist: From Anniversaries, Clubs, Elementary Schools and everything in between! He is a Spring Break Legend having done tours in Cancun, Nassau, and Punta Cana Dominican Republic. His remixes and hype party tracks have been featured on both Crooklyn Clan & Av8 Records as well as commercial Radio. Currently, while continuing his career as a DJ/Artist, Amaze also works through Community & Music Programs to offer DJ Classes, and Music Technology Workshops, and Special Programs for Youths, Teens, and anyone interested in learning the art!

Brass PUmping!

A big sound from the small wonder the Bullbuckers– Most Happening Band Winner – will be jamming LIVE with us at half time.  The band’s debut CD has received accolades in four international songwriting contests (John Lennon Songwriting Contest, UK Songwriting Contest, The Great American Song Contest, & The ASA International Category for the Australian Songwriters Association) along with honors in their region. Influenced by the roots of American and Caribbean music, the Bullbuckers are Inspired by Boss Tunes, Irie Vibes, Soul, and Rock & Roll. The band has melded these bold, real, gritty, sounds into a cauldron of boiling sounds that is familiar yet distinctly their own. Wear your dancing shoes!

It’s never enough for us to put YOU in the spotlight. So here’s your 10 seconds+ of fame. We are filming – yes it’s NDH-TV on the BLUE carpet. Be ready as Q&A may be in play. NDH TV will be compiled and magically edited post event by CineMavericks Media, 3 time Winner of the Most Happening Wedding Videographer. Our host with the MOST, The Waterfall Banquet Center.  After you’ve taken in all the glitz and glam inside, be sure to head out to Waterfall’s super stretch deck for a cocktail, a breath of fresh air and a few moments with that spectacular view that will wondering if you are truly in the small wonder. BLUE it UP!

Blue Glitter & FacePainting

Oh! And Blue Glitter and Face Paint for everyone not just the little ones – Party Business will be offering the GLAM with glitter face and body painting –  this is where YOU become a moving canvas. Dori is an award winning artist who has been a face painter for over ten years! She loves art in all forms but most especially painting people – just watch as she creates thru pure imagination. She calls people “moving canvasses”.
