North Delaware’s Biggest BLUEest Bash is Back in rare form! 56 days, 65k+ votes –  Your participation made the 3rd Annual Happening List the utMOST contagious people’s choice voting contest centric to New Castle County, North Delaware. Thanks to YOU in 2016, thousands of amazing LOCAL people, places, events, organizations and businesses were nominated across 13 comprehensive groups encompassing 260+ categories.  Voting closed on February 29, 2016, and now planning for the BIGgest BLUEest celebration in New Castle County ignites.  Shazam!

With the Happening List excitement and anticipation reaching a feverish pitch, we are jubilant to announce and invite you to the Most Happening Blue Carpet Bash in the northern small wonder. Yep we’re kicking it in to high gear for the third time!

You’re Invited

NorthDelaWHEREHappening.com is rolling out the BLUE carpet on Thursday, June 23rd from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the Waterfall in North Wilmington, where for nearly a decade their inspired patrons have used the halls as stage for life’s brightest memories. From exchanging handshakes to exchanging vows, the Waterfall has made events more picturesque and ideal than ever thought possible. Inside, custom dance floors made of marble, hand carved doorways and hand blown glass chandeliers come together to make you feel you’re strolling the halls of a palace. Outdoors, the green pastures and paths lead into running steams, gushing fountains, adorable bridges and luscious gardens. With so many events under belt, the Waterfall team knows what it takes to create an awe-inspiring backdrop. Perhaps, their hidden talent, yet often most memorable feature maybe the talent of the Waterfall chefs. The food is catered by an executive chef, where everything is prepared in house and from scratch, with the most meticulous attention to detail.  Just wait until you see this spread!

The Waterfall offers breathtaking views from both inside as well as outside on the super stretch veranda lounge – all to celebrate a plethora of LOCAL successes. Here we go! *this is what you’ve been waiting for…drum roll please* –

Dress Code: BLUE to Impress

Break out your most electric BLUE attire and join us for yet another freakin’ fabulous BLUE carpet cocktail party in honor of the Winners, Finalists and Nominees of the 2016 North DelaWHERE Happening List. After walking 24 feet of stretch BLUE carpet, guests will be treated to some of New Castle County’s BEST. All Winners will be presented their “MOST HAPPENING” awards with plenty of professional photo ops to pose and strut your stuff by Sugarhill Photography! This distinguished night of recognizing NCC’s best will include a lavish hors’ d oeuvre spread, multiple cash bars, a complimentary signature Blue Carpetini cocktail, live tunes from local award winning icon DJ AMAZE of ICON DJs, plus a special appearance by the 2016 Happening List award winning band – BULL BUCKERS.  Oh! And Glitter for everyone – Party Business will be offering the GLAM with face and body painting this is where you become a moving canvas.  Of course, we have a few more surprises that we know you’ll revel to be disclosed later. WARNING: this is not a sit down event or formal dinner. Socialize, mix, mingle, pose, interact, let loose, celebrate and dance the night away.
