Meet the Easter Bunny!
Concord Mall
The Easter Bunny will arrive at 10 a.m. on March 5th at the Concord Mall! Visit the mall’s Easter Garden and be sure to take home a keepsake photo. Photos are available through March 26th. You can also get Pet Photos with the Easter Bunny. That’s right, your dog or cat will want a picture with the Easter Bunny too! Pet photo sessions are available every Sunday in March from 6:30-8 p.m. *Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier.
Wilmington & Western Railroad
Ride the Wilmington & Western with the Easter Bunny! Pose for pictures, get a bunny chocolate pop, and enjoy the scenic ride! Bunny rides are March 19, 20, 25, and 26. The train departs at 12:30 and again at 2:30 p.m. For tickets and information, please visit Easter Bunny Express.
Rommel Harley-Davidson
Rommel Harley-Davidson will host Pictures with the Easter Bunny on March 26th at its showroom in New Castle. Pit Bull Pride will be on hand to accept donations which the group uses toward providing loving, forever homes to “pit bull type” dogs.

Miracles for Molly Annual Egg Hunt
Circle March 13 on your calendar for Miracle for Molly Dunn’s annual egg hunt where there will be crafts, music, facepainting by the awesome Dori Fostok, and of course eggs! Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the hunting will begin at 1 at St. John the Beloved Parish! $5 per child (facepainting extra). Delaware Museum of Natural History
Come to the Delaware Museum of Natural History on March 19 for the Eggstravaganza: Breakfast & Egg Hunt! Enjoy a morning at the Museum and we’ll fix a pancake breakfast for the whole family! After a wonderful meal, watch your children delight as they hunt for treat-filled eggs in our egg hunt through our gardens.
City of Newark Egg Hunt
Newark’s Annual Egg Hunt at White Clay Creek State Park’s Carpenter Recreation Area starts at 10 a.m. on March 19th. It’s a BYOB event — all children should bring a basket or bag to collect their goodies. The hunt is broken down by age. For more information, visit City of Newark Easter Egg Hunt.
Elsmere Egg Hunt
The Town of Elsmere’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be on March 19 at Vilone Park. This event is FREE and open to children ages 1-12 years old. The hunt will begin promptly at 1 p.m. and the children will be broken up into three age groups.

Acme Market Easter Egg Hunt
Newark Acme on Elkton Road is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on March 26th from 11 a.m. until noon. The hunt has separate age groups for children. Starting times are 11 am. (0-3 years), 11:15 (4-7 years), and 11:30 (8-12 years). There will also be prizes for all age groups!

Make Your Own Easter Basket
Take some time off and come learn how to basketweave. Yes you can weave a basket! These are fun classes for adults, teens, and tweens (ages 14 and over). You will learn about how weavings are made. Each basket will vary due to the handmade nature, colors, and materials but each project will be handcrafted by you! It’s a perfect pre-Easter activity for the family. Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church
March 19th is the Ukrainian Easter Bazaar at Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church! Enjoy ethnic foods like pierogies, stuffed cabbage, kovbassa, paska, and nut rolls. Plus we’ll have a table full of traditional baked goods for your pleasure. We will also have pysanky on hand, which are traditional decorated Ukrainian Easter eggs. Dine in or take out! Church tours are also available.
