Join Joe Fox for an evening of seasonal sky exploration.  Stargazers will be given approximately 30 minutes of instruction on how to read a star map, and get a preview of the constellations, stars and planets you will see, as well as being regaled with star mythology and more.  Then, a stroll outside will open your eyes to the night sky.

  • Pedal Through the Parks is a leisurely bike ride from the Blue Ball Barn (Alapocas Run State Park) to Bellevue State Park using the Northern Delaware Greenway Trail.
  • Starting at the Newark Shopping Center, the Newark Mayor’s Fun Ride is day centered around bikes and family fun.  There will also be live music, free bike repairs, educational and safety information, a kid’s skills course, children’s activities, plus bike raffles and prizes!

  • Delaware Choral Arts presents “Misa Criolla” which features performances of sacred and secular choral works by Spanish and Latin American composers.
  • The Music School of Delaware puts on its annual Spring Choral Concert featuring Bella Voce, The Delaware Women’s Chorus, Music School Jazz Choirs, and this year’s guest ensemble Vocal Motive.
  • Bach to Rock! features the Capitol Ringers perform music from Bach and Mozart to contemporary artists using handchimes and the largest set of handbells on the Delmarva Peninsula!
