1 box orange-flavored Jell-O
3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk (1/2 of a 14 oz. can)
2 cups water
1 cup vanilla or cake vodka (add more, if you like strong shots)
yellow food coloring
tall shot glasses

Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and pour 2 packets of unflavored gelatin into water. Warm the water and gelatin over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until all the gelatin has dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove pan from the heat and add 1/2 your can of condensed milk to the mixture. Stir until the ingredients combine. Add 2/3 cup vanilla vodka. Cover and set aside half of your milk mixture and evenly distribute the other half throughout your 20 shots (just don’t fill them more than 1/3 of the way full). 2 pears
1 orange
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar, or more to taste
1 cup bourbon
3 cups apple cider
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 bottles pinot grigio, chilled
1 pumpkin, for serving (optional)

Thinly slice apples, pears and oranges lengthwise, then place in a large bowl. Coat with lemon juice to prevent browning. Top with chilled pinot grigio and serve.  Serve in a pitcher or punch bowl, or give the punch extra Halloween flavor by serving inside a Jack O’ Lantern. Cut a circle in the top of a large pumpkin, then completely remove seeds and pulp. Fill with fruit and punch, then enjoy! Tip: Decorate the exterior of pumpkin using a silver paint marker.
